1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 98prk platform — including its website, mobile browser interface, games, betting markets, and support services — you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

98prk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the 98prk platform after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of the 98prk platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person or entity in placing wagers or operating an account;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of 98prk or its affiliated entities;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 98prk or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.

98prk is committed to preventing underage gambling. Upon registration and prior to processing any withdrawal request, you will be required to verify your age and identity by submitting a clear copy of a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or an equivalent government-issued identity document. 98prk may suspend withdrawal processing until satisfactory verification is completed.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of games and betting services offered by 98prk, you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, contact number, and a valid email address.

You are permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 98prk platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or using another person's identity — is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. 98prk will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to adequately protect your account access details. You must notify 98prk support immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised use of your account.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

98prk supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and cryptocurrency (where applicable). All transactions are processed in PKR unless otherwise stated. 98prk does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction initiation. These limits may be adjusted by 98prk at any time without prior notice. Deposits are generally credited to your 98prk account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

1. Your account KYC verification must be fully completed and approved;
2. Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your current balance must be satisfied in full;
3. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible;
4. 98prk reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request deemed unusual or high-value.

98prk is not responsible for delays in fund receipt caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network disruptions outside of our operational control. Estimated processing timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

98prk offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion at the time of issue. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that offer only.

General bonus conditions applicable across all 98prk promotions include:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity window. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal;
• Only wagers placed on qualifying games contribute toward wagering requirements. Games with reduced or zero contribution are specified in each offer;
• 98prk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, including retrospectively where fraudulent activity is suspected;
• Bonuses are issued for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute a contractual obligation to pay out specific sums.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 98prk platform are final once confirmed. 98prk does not accept requests to void, cancel, or reverse confirmed wagers except in the following circumstances: (a) the relevant sporting event is cancelled or postponed and has not been rescheduled within 48 hours; (b) a manifest technical error caused the bet to be placed incorrectly; or (c) the bet was accepted on clearly incorrect odds due to a system error.

Cricket betting markets, including PSL fixtures, Pakistan international matches, and other cricket events, are governed by the specific sportsbook rules applicable to each market type. In-play markets are subject to additional latency provisions and 98prk reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any point during a live event.

Casino games, including slots, live dealer titles, and table games, are operated using certified random number generation software. 98prk does not influence game outcomes. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages over large sample sizes and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 98prk platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering or operating an account under a false identity or using another person's identity documents;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the betting interface;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to guarantee outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation;
• Posting, transmitting, or facilitating any offensive, defamatory, or harmful content via 98prk's communication channels;
• Operating the platform in a manner that places excessive or unreasonable load on its infrastructure.

98prk employs active monitoring systems to detect and investigate prohibited conduct. All findings are reviewed by our compliance team. Where evidence of prohibited conduct is confirmed, 98prk reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and to report findings to relevant authorities.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

98prk may suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to the dormant account policy;
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests submitted under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, 98prk reserves the right to retain any balance in the account pending the outcome of any investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account in good standing may contact 98prk support via Live Chat or email. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Outstanding wagers at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with standard rules and any resulting balance disbursed accordingly.

9 Responsible Gaming

98prk is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling across its entire player base. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously. As part of this commitment, 98prk provides the following player-controlled tools, accessible directly from your account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your 98prk account;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the total amount you are permitted to lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out;
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the platform for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 98prk platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content published on the 98prk platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, software, text, promotional materials, and structural layout — is the exclusive intellectual property of 98prk or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 98prk content without prior written consent from 98prk.

Any unauthorised reproduction or commercial exploitation of 98prk's intellectual property may result in legal action. Players who identify content they believe infringes upon their own intellectual property rights should contact 98prk through the support channels listed on this site.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 98prk, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from:

• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game or service;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials;
• Technical malfunctions, server outages, or data transmission errors beyond 98prk's reasonable control;
• Decisions made by you based on information or content displayed on the platform;
• Any financial losses resulting from gambling activity conducted on the platform.

98prk's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 98prk account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 98prk holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Pakistani consumer protection legislation.
